Personal protection (unarmed and armed)
$50.00
Out of stock
Personal protection is a strategy, not just “have a gun” or learn a few moves. It involves melee skills, weapon skills, as well as the ability to think agilely, be adaptive, be aware, understand legalities, and so many more facets of defense. Unfamiliarity with any of these causes doubt and hesitation, which translate to diminished resolve and wasted milliseconds.
Our goal is to address these topics, do several striking and grappling techniques, and translate these to weaponry. We have under two hours, so while no one will leave this class as the next cage fighting champion, you will be further along on the path to protective proficiency.
This class is suitable for all experience levels, That being said, we will be taking time with each student to ensure they understand the concepts.
